Con un mix di esercizio fisico, training cognitivo, alimentazione sana e attivit\u00e0 sociali.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alla Conferenza Internazionale dell\u2019Associazione Alzheimer (Alzheimer\u2019s Association International Conference) tenutasi a Copenhagen la settimana scorsa (dal 12 al 17 luglio) sono stati presentati i risultati preliminari di un nuovo studio sul deficit cognitivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il <strong>Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability<\/strong> (FINGER) \u00e8 un trial multicentrico, randomizzato e controllato partito in Finlandia nel 2009 e che si completer\u00e0 nel corso del 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-4526\" src=\"https:\/\/neocogita.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/anziani-e-sport-quali-sono-le-discipline-che-aiutano-a-rallentare-linvecchiamento.jpg\" alt=\"esercizio fisico\" width=\"283\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I partecipanti di questo studio sono oltre 1200 individui a rischio di declino cognitivo, di et\u00e0 tra i 60 e i 77 anni, divisi in un gruppo di controllo, che ha ricevuto consigli di base sulla salute, e in un gruppo di intervento, sottoposto a una <strong>dieta specifica, esercizio fisico, training cognitivo, attivit\u00e0 sociali e a controlli di fattori di rischio<\/strong> come la pressione sanguigna e il colesterolo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo due anni, i partecipanti sono stati sottoposti a test cognitivi (memoria, velocit\u00e0, funzioni cognitive) e i risultati sono sorprendenti: <strong>gli individui del gruppo di intervento hanno mostrato un rendimento notevolmente migliore in diversi test della memoria<\/strong> rispetto al gruppo di controllo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQuesti risultati dimostrano che la prevenzione \u00e8 possibile, e meglio sarebbe cominciare presto\u201d, riporta Miia Kivipelto, una delle autrici dello studio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo numerosi trial con vari tipi di medicinali per curare l\u2019Alzheimer che hanno avuto esito negativo, <strong>\u00e8 straordinario aver trovato un metodo facile e adottabile da tutti per ridurre il rischio di sviluppare questa malattia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fonti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23332672\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PubMed<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/time.com\/2982908\/to-prevent-alzheimers-diet-and-exercise-are-effective-large-study-shows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Time<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prevenire l\u2019Alzheimer e altre forme di demenza semplicemente cambiando il proprio stile di vita.
