Questo aumento si \u00e8 verificato sia nei pazienti che soffrono di schizofrenia (il gruppo in esame), sia nel gruppo di controllo di individui sani.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5225\" src=\"https:\/\/neocogita.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/pedalare.jpg\" alt=\"cycling\" width=\"271\" height=\"250\" \/>Nello studio olandese, i ricercatori hanno voluto indagare in particolare se <strong>allenarsi in un\u2019attivit\u00e0 non nuova<\/strong> (nell&#8217;immaginario comune\u00a0gli olandesi sono sempre in bicicletta, o come dicono i ricercatori dello studio, \u201candare in bici \u00e8 un\u2019abilit\u00e0 endemica in Olanda\u201d) pu\u00f2 avere gli <strong>stessi benefici di quando se ne apprende una nuova.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I risultati di questa ricerca suggeriscono quindi che allenare un\u2019abilit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 conosciuta, come l\u2019andare in bici, aumenti la connettivit\u00e0 cerebrale e soprattutto i tratti delle fibre della sostanza bianca connessi\u00a0al funzionamento motorio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un altro studio di Taiwan ha rivelato che individui con diabete o sindrome metabolica hanno beneficiato di un allenamento di 12 settimane su una cyclette mostrando un<strong> aumento del fattore neurotrofico cerebrale<\/strong> (BDNF, ovvero Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), una sostanza chimica coinvolta nel <strong>supportare la plasticit\u00e0 neurale<\/strong> favorendo la crescita e la differenziazione di nuovi neuroni e nuove sinapsi. Il BDNF \u00e8 attivo nell\u2019ippocampo, nella corteccia cerebrale e nel prosencefalo basale, aree importanti per l\u2019apprendimento, la memoria e il pensiero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Che aspetti allora? Una pedalata aiuta la salute del tuo cervello! E come diceva J. F.
